I've passed giant trucks with huge tires in Glamis every year for the last dozen years, they forget to deflate before they hit the dunes and dig right in, meanwhile I'm in 2wd with 8 lbs of pressure and a ![]() I bet you'd do fine with your 4wd and 25PSI...and it'd be enough to get you safely to the gas station so you can fill up quickly. Speaking of tide, I saw a brand new 4 runner get washed out in Alaska in 1995. They got stuck in the clam beds and the tide came in...SOL. The tides up there move surprisingly fast, it catches people off guard. Sometimes it costs them their lives. |
