Ram sells a flexible arm that can be coupled with a tripod mount for the GoPro. I have used it, and it works good, but may be a little pricey for some. However, I decided I prefer to use the head strap, lets the camera go where ever the action is.

ive seen several people that just attach it to the top of a PVC pipe or stick of some form and stick it into a rear flushmount rod holder if you have one. it can swivel right and left and gives a good over the shoulder look.

I use magnets. But saw another mount that is a suction cup. Other then that pvc pipe.
