A good hint that no one can help you is the fact that there is no one anchoring up at night out there right now. You could always make the bi weekly trip to the launch after dark and see if there are guys posting up. That is a pretty solid "tell".

Other than that.....finbait or fresh dead.

also if you don't see any reports online than its probably not even worth wasting the gas to go "launch lurking".

stupid ? . havent been down south lately . want to fish next week . anybody have good reports ? im in LA . are the bass biting ,or tail? neither? dont care to trek down for chances .
