No kayak love
Had a hard time finding bait, but we had some dead stuff hanging round, and this guy was nice enough to show up. Finally caught my first  Hopefully I will get one on the yak soon.Cooked up half a fillet for my team at work, and taking some on a pig hunt this weekend with some bugs. The rest is going to be devoured soon. Those beyotches are tasty!

I know, I know... And 40 lb yellows in the bay and bluefin in IB shorebreak. Heck they even catch salmon in La Jolla! It's just fun to say!
 Again great fish! You'll get your kayak seabass soon enough...

gotta love the double chin fish lift !!!!!
I wanted to go out on the yak and fish the bite but all those shark reports and pumpin surf kept me safe at home...  . Glad you made it out!
