Video: PSO confronts Commission with MLPA corruption

Here's video of the PSO's George Osborn at Tuesday's Fish and Game Commission meeting.

Osborn is referring to documents that appear to show the BRTF held agendized secret meetings contrary to their claims of openess, and possibly in violation of the law. As you'll see, he provided the commission with copies of the documents that were only uncovered thanks to the PSO's Public Records Act lawsuit.

It's 6 minutes long and a little dry. The very best part starts at the 4:00 minute mark.

Don't be overly concerned with the reaction of the commissioners other than Richards.

So while I'm watching this I see and hear other commisioners trying to move on but Richards is wanting to stay on the topic to get his question answered. The commisioners that are trying to move on are they, or were they a part of those meetings? I think this is really interesting because Richards is clearly concerned because His name is on there. Is there more to that video?

Mr. Richards, I have but a humble beach abode...you are welcome over any time you are in the area...

Mr. Sutton, you are not, you will be trespassing and will be dealt with accordingly.

Thank you for posting this. The commission did not appear very professional in their defensive stance at all. Nice to know they are shaken up a little.

Thanks guys. I hope to have copies of the documents Osborn presented within a few days. They are now part of the public record, as they always should have been.
