Depends, do you want to freeze them to eat, or for bait.

To eat; I cleaned them first (just like in the video above), and them vacuum sealed them with a Foodsaver.

To use as bait; I lined a cookie sheet with wax paper, lined the squid up on it so that none of them touched, and put them in the freezer for about 45 minutes. Then I pacakaged them in a ziplok bag after the 45 mins. (This method keeps the tentacles from freezing together into a solid mass... that way when you take them out for Mr. , you get the whole squid, not just the chunk that didn't rip apart.)
