5/14 Quick Evening Launch
After two good missed strikes killing my baits, I got got hit a third time, and pulled the bait out of its mouth :roll:, but I let it sit and got bit again 10 seconds later. Game on. The Avet SX with 20 fluoro topshot, was feeling the freight train pain. Got in some kelp, then pow, the line was loose so I reeled feverishly. Took in 15 ft of slack and was :lol: to feel the stubborn pull return then I saw the beautiful shiny white and lavender of a fatty WSB. Got her to gaff. 34 lbs, full of roe, empty stomach.
