yes she is much more of a fair weather boat.I have a big cimitar knife for filleting bigger fish.I consider it a must have when doing large scale filleting.I got 20 vacuum packed bags with 2-4 steaks each from the T.I got tired of filleting with a small knife and with some fish its impossible.for filleting tuna in Japan they have thing that looks like a sword.

I'm jealous you filled your refrig with
