Great Seminar by the Malbu Pro Staff

Just wanted to say thinks to the Malibu guys for the great seminar on board the Islander today at Day at the Docks. Met a lot of great folks and heard a lot of good information.

One of the discussions was on surf conditions and web sites that provided somewhat reliable information. The below link is one I found on this site that I use now everytime I go out.
http://www.larryl.com/favorite_kayak_conditions.htm

Thanks again,

Jim

Listened to OEX team kayak fishing seminar, great job guys! The Islander is a nice boat, hope to get on a mothership this year. Stopped by to say hi to the Hook 1 crew as well. Had to bail a little early for brews and fish tacos in the old hood OB. Good seeing everyone,

Chris

I've got a 3.5 day trip booked on the Islander in August :P

I would do a mothership trip if they weren't all YT/WSB trips...LJ is alot cheaper  If they ever do an offshore yak trip I'm in

The Islander looked like a great boat. Hopefully I can make it on one of the mothership trips this year.

This was my first time on the Islander and I was very impressed. I talked to Shane, one of the owner/operators after and got the tour, Shane is definately into doing kayak trips. Being able to fish from sun up to sun down and 5 meals thrown in with great accomodations and an enthusiastic captain and crew, really makes this alot of adventure for the money. I can not wait to get out on this boat.

The seminar was alot of fun and we were really pleased with the turnout. We were also stoked to have the winner of the day on the water with us was a boy around 12 years old.

Thanks to those who just came to show their support.

Thanks to everybody that showed up, we had a great turnout. I'm sure we'll be doing similar things in the future, stayed tuned.

The adventure of paddling in a exotic location with others who share the same enthusiasm for kayak fishing makes one of these trips most memorable!
