So how many people "can't make the meeting" but "could make it to LJ to fish"?
That would be sad. When the squirts show up guys are willing to drive down from ventura, malibu and bakersfield. If anyone puts in a 10 hour day at LJ, Dana, PL tomorrow they are only contributing to or demise by doing nothing. Doesn't matter if it is in a boat, kayak, or float tube.
