A kayak is traditionally single person. So by this looks like they'll be open, but where to park?

Thanks, I did read the mayors order and it says bays and kayaks are ok.
Anyone know For Sure if the bait barges are open in Mission and SD bay? |

yes they will be open, its a matter of access. Some will have it, others maybe not so much until they open parking.
