Yes, and that's why the forecast for flat & easy waves piqued my interest to share this information and launch this thread for some feed back.

The forcast for waves and intervals are the same for Silver Strand and Coronado Beaches.

Imperial Beach used to be famous for halibut (and for sewage spills coming up form the Tijuana River). Lots of places used to be famous that are nothing special now. I don't know if this area is currently productive or not.
