Deer creek can be a tricky launch and land just need time the swells. Of course the stairs down can be difficult if your kayak is heavy. Would diffently need a buddy to help.
We saw you out there...launched from the north beach in our tandem and hung around there for a while. Lots of dolphins and a nice surf landing
