Hey Obed if you can do the extra $, I would go for the HDS 7, I prefer the buttons on my HDS 5 better than the touch screen on my TI 7. See you out at LJ.

very similar units. Software almost identical. Better mounting option on the elite with the quick release. Few extra buttons on the HDS so wont have to touch the screen as much. For me with the elite being slightly cheaper, I opted for that unit. Works great
