IF I can make 500 trips in one kayak I will gladly replace the battery if I get to fish that much!

Yup, but I already carry a bunch of crap and it wouldn't make a difference to me. I've have zero issues too. Only thing I needed to do is redo the wires to the terminals. I added chain oil to prevent rust. I do however want to make a big lightweight pack to add more electronics to my kayak. Like bow, stern, and navigation lights. It be nice to run everything off one battery. But for just the ff, nothing fancy is need for ME in my Pro Angler.
