Hobie bait tank priming issue

Just got a brand new hobie tank and couldnt get it to pump or prime while on the water. Next time make sure the tube opening is pointed in the correct direction to scoop up water and pedal faster after turning on the pump. Should solve the issue. The system is designed to self prime. I never have to fill water in the tank first.
