I thought the survey webapp was pretty neat. I did not have any problems using it. I am what you'd call a "computer guy" though.

I did go through their instruction video before I started, just to see if they prepared neat instructions and I thought it was very detailed and helpful.

All together, I was impressed with their work on this.
