LJ rocks

Slept in a bit and got a late start. Left house around 7:30. Halfway there I remember I forgot to grab squid from the freezer decide to stop at Dana for some new bait, squid and shrimp it is. Finally get to launch at 8:30-9:00
Waves are 1-2' and very manageable. Start searching out for the lobster bouys in 130ish' I don't have a depth finder so I can't say for sure. Nothing biting in the area so I start drifting south into the 50'-80' range where the bites slowly pick up. Landed a few fish including a real nice sized sculpin, too bad their off limits right now. The swells coming from the N/W were huge and crashing up against the coves area. I was a bit worried that they may have gotten bigger at the launch but they weren't. All in a a great day.
