Thx for posting....we'll thought out kayak and one of the best presentations I've seen. Low profile touching on wind issues, cross functionality, a leg driven kayak that actually paddles well, motor compatible...etc
Some tough choices coming up... |

I'm happy that manufacturers are getting creative and responsive to what yackers want. For years Hobie has been the innovator, now others are stepping up to the plate. That's good for the sport.

Game Changer for sure! I LOVE where the kayak fishing market is going these last couple years... Will be interested in trying an on-the-water demo when these come out next year...
How well do you think these new models will handle the Southern California saltwater scene Andy? Will this boat be able to handle punching and launching through waves, or is it designed for primarily inshore or freshwater use?

I only wish the price would come down some. But there sure are a lot of nice peddle type kayaks coming on the market this year. My shoulder didn't hurt too bad yesterday and we paddled out a little over a mile and back. But I wasn't fighting current or wind. I know I'm going to have to spring for a peddle boat probably this year. Weight is another factor in my choice. I have to be able to load and unload it by myself onto the top of my truck.
