These look nice, only I've had Sperrys before that had a leather shoestring like these and I always had a problem with keeping them tied. Not sure if that is the case with these or not. That would be a downside for me, as the last thing I want to mess with is retying my shoes while sitting in a kayak. Just my two cents.

I need some water shoes for pedaling, been wearing Krocs but they are not comfortable for long periods. Has anyone tried these http://www.basspro.com/Under-Armour-...oduct/2240272/

Take a look at the astral aquanots. I use these for hiking in wet conditions and on the kayak they drain awesome and have nice grip.

They have some Speedos at Costco for $20 Not sandals, but sneakers with draining holes in the soles.
