no hatch under seat and i dont believe you can fit it in the hull.

My 20amp is just small enough to to fit in the hull standing up.

with the bait tank full of maybe 6-7 (30ish lb) gallon it rides fine.

No, the pro angler is a pig.. Adding 60 lbs to the back is nothing.. Even with the bait tank. If you have to peddle it. It's noticble but to be honest I could get used to it an maintain my speed with the added weight of the battery and motor when not in use.

I've fished with my wife back there 100lb plus 10lb chair. And she's more toward the back then where I would put a battery. Didn't notice any change in the ride.
