Nice work. Just out of curiosity, where'd you launch from?

If you launch on a fast moving outgoing tide and come back on an incoming tide, it's not so bad. If you fight the tides both directions and the afternoon wind coming back, it gets a little tedious.

Zip through the keyhole that's halfway out to the Coronado side, clearer / cleaner water and a blast to fish. Just time the tides to go out and in with.

Thanks fellas yeah it was a gamble with the tide. But with all the lobster fishing in the bay's and the high surf I figured that would be my best bet. Man I woke up this morning my back is hurting lol. Thought I was in OK shape.
