Thank you for the replies. I was just wondering if this was a system that will move on, and if so, when it will be over. I can't seem to find an accurate weather forecast for a few miles off shore.

the puke green is the sand that was stripped from beaches during the last swell we had.
Strands beach, the beach north of the headlands, was full of sand a week ago and now full of cobblestones. The water was dirty tan color for 100 yards out. I like weather.com hourly report to gauge wind. seems pretty accurate. And for Dana I try to be off the water by 12, when the wind generally blows south. |
