Another great post and recipe. I used to fish for a lot of trout in our local lakes, Cuyamaca, San V. and Murray and would have loved to have this recipe back then. I might have to pick up the trout rod again or try this on a similar size fish! |

Harry,
The eggs caught me by surprise. I wasn't prepared to deal with them, so down the drain they went. Believe me, I'm having a hard time watching them disappear... |
