Not too keen on going miles out just yet so wondering what are some good alternatives for close in shore fishing near the L.A area? Mainly on the hunt for Halibut. Thanks!!!

Go to Cabrillo Beach, easy parking, launching, calm water, easy access to bait and close proximity to fish.

Just watch out for boat traffic as they can throw out pretty big wakes and can come out of any direction at any time, so pay attention.

You have any questions get a hold of this guy! (cell128) Jaime
