Spinning reels regularly pull out fish much bigger all around the world.

Hey Ricardo, what's your tie to new england? I'm from boston and still keep an eye on new england kayak fishing and I saw you posted the same video over there.

Great catch! Amazing how similar Corvina in Portugal are to the croakers (corvinas, white seabass and totoaba) we have in Southern California and Baja.

It surprises me too. Corvina are just like weakfish on the east coast as well. Weakfish actually look a lot like a white seabass with the iridescence . Also, the yellowfin, spotfin and black croakers and even corbina are not far from redfish and black drum too. They also have the european seabass, which is like a smaller striper without the stripes.
