Saltist bg 35 is a great reel. Mine has caught threshers, tuna, wsb, hali, yt. from 10 lbs to 50 lbs. Its never had an issue and needs very little maintenance.

Avet MXJ is my go to. Sure the Avets are not the most kayak friendly reel out there but once a year you send it to Santa Clarita for service and your good to go. Keep your money in SO Cal.
