I don't own a PA but plenty of vids around, it doesn't look that tough. You don't need a ladder, just climb on the back. You can reenter from the side like normal. If it's so choppy out that you flipped your yak, it's probably a good bet that you'll fall off/flip again from trying to stand up on the thing from a rear reentry in rough water. You don't need a rope to flip it upright, just grab the masts and pull it over or climb on top while its upside down and flip it. Use the waves to help you flip it. It's going to have water inside after a flip.
