I use this hitch mounted tail gate extender. 15' yak in 5' bed. $35 at Harbor Freight.

Yeah but I dont have the hitch receiver at this point. How much does it cost to get one installed? Ive only used my bumper ball.

I installed the receiver myself, 4 bolts - no drilling required, $79 from U-haul.
