Never got to see this video when it was originally posted – interesting stuff.
 Spear instead of gaff?! Sitting backwards, that leg support bar? I don't think it'd work for us here on the West Coast. Mounted cutting board - that I liiiike. Definitely some innovative mothership re-entry techniques...
