YEP, ITS SUMMERTIME
Which means the tourists not only take up every parking spot within a quarter mile of any beach but they walk right out into the street without even looking. Somehow believing that their boogie boards are magical force fields that are going to keep them from getting run over.
While I definitely enjoy the bikinis, I have to say that I kinda like the winter fishing better.
