Man I still have bft, yft, and yt from last sep that still taste great each time I cool them. Need to finish them before next trip. Proper care and vacuum sealing will have them lasting a good while.

A little off subject but you made me miss my bacon wrapped jalapeno little friends starting each fall on 9-1.

I guess you can do the same to fish.
