I got my bounch ball halibut rig at Angles' choice on Rosecrans point loma
Feels like I'm pulling an anchor in my kayak
Good workout thoe : )bounced it into the canyon 400ft+for a nice red!

300 feet is the legal fishing limit these days.

Not to be a stickler for regs but all ground species of rockfish may be taken from no deeper water then 300'.

Yeah 300 for rockfish, but he can fish 400 for halibut if he wanted.
