Home made. It's solid and it floats. Got a new one and don't need this one any more.

Patchy fog, West wind 5-15knts, 0% precipitation, 1-2' swells. Sounds good to me.

I'm actually considering switching it up and seeing if the thresher are hanging around. Haven't had sea steak in awhile and it's getting to be bbq season. Probably launch early. Around 5:30 or so.
