if the hobie evolve cost 2,000 alone. that boat is gonna run around 6k or 7k. Probably wont be ocean friendly. 6mph is nothing. for the money that boat will cost, it needs to be faster.

4 years and a million dollars in development and they couldnt get a real fisherman.....or at least someone who could turn the handle on the reel the right way....?

Design and software development is quite awesome. They kept it simple and sleek. The interface reminds you of the tesla, everything needed at the middle center console. But I still wouldn't buy one unless its under 2k.

That Autopilot feature sounds neat... but this thing sounds like a boat without the deck space, and all those exposed metal bits in the pedals are going to get crusty (and possibly bind).

I also noticed that the rear tank-well doesn't have any scuppers... in some of the shots, he's got a swimming pool sloshing around back there.
