Where is the bait barge at Newport Harbor - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

I believe that is the other bait barge that San Pedro Bait owns. They bring it over to San Pedro while the Pedro one is being cleaned each year during the winter.

"The Newport Barge will be back on the mooring April 7, 2014 and will be baited up shortly after...if not the same day. Newport will also be operation 24/7 for the season."
