If I was going to fish bass with one setup with one setup I'd pack like this...

30lb braid with 12lb and/or 17lb leader. I'd probably stick to 12lb, but I like light line.

A variety of Warbait Slayer heads in different weights and maybe colors too.

4" Edge Flurrys (Minnow Magic and Sea Food) and 5" or 5.5" Big Hammers (Christmas Tree and Clear Red Flake), 5" Kalin grubs (Smoke Sparkle and Clear black flake), and Zoom Super Flukes (Baby Bass, Bubble Gum and Smokin' Shad?). All these can be fished on the Slayer head and offer a variety of weedless presentation options.

Hot Sauce for flavor.

Edit: Totally agree with Alan. Palomar, no swivels.
