I thought that was an Otter when I last fished the Harbor.... Glad I'm not going bonkers....

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's pretty far south of it's northern habitat...

First it's a wayward porpoise getting into the Bolsa Chica Reserve, now this...

It's a funny year for the Huntington Harbor, but in a interesting way.
