My 1st Legal Halibut
Was caught at SCI during the Let's Talk Hook Up Islander trip. Was fishing a dropper loop in 24ft of water with live sardine, dropped it down and the sardine gets slammed like a freight train. Had to bring it up to kayak 3 times before I could gaff it. http://www.hookup1090.com/ |

Trip was fun, food and crew top notch. Though winds were blowing consistent at 15 knots with wind swells about 4ft at times. I did also get my PB Calico on a surface iron 6.85lbs. which was awesome seeing that thing explode on my iron.
