5/13 Kettleman City Aqueduct

After fishing Castaic, I was heading up north I-5 to trout fish in the rivers and decided to try Kettleman City aqueduct area for an hour. Haven't been there in 15 years. Fished two rods, one baited with chovies the other liver. Caught 3 dinks and 1 small cat, so before I headed out I wanted to try the LC 128 in white while there was still little light left. After 4 casts I pull in a nice one. Wanted to throw it back, but gills where damaged when I pulled the lure out. Kept it on ice and gave to a friend that was going to meet up with me for trout fishing. On my way back, probably give the Mendota Canal a try...
