plan b was to fish a new location for rockfish = nothing plan c was meet up with 2 more people and rockfish = booyah landed 9 decent barber poles and 1 nice vermillion before 12noon. lots of kayakers out there but none of them wanted to say hi to us. it didnt look like they were catching much though.

haha. will do. we might hit up la jolla next weekend (sat or sunday). if my friend is busy.. you down to fish? i'll strap your yak on my truck and we can carpool. p.s... you like the marks on the FF at 180ft?
