Have you ever seen the little plastic hooks the wifey might hang on the back of the cabinet door under the sink with a sticky on the back. If you take off the sticker and goop them inside you can set the wiring in the hook on the inside wall away from everything and zip tie it. These hooks also work for putting bungees or something from side to side in the inside to keep things from sliding around. Hope this gives you another option.

I also use the zip tie mounts pictured above. They have been on for over a year and I have had no problems. Always be sure to use wire with no tears or cuts in the sheathing. Also terminate all connections so that they are completely waterproof, as the corrosion will migrate up or down the wires into your equipment. Liquid tape and waterproof deck connectors work great for this. And dielectric grease is a must! You can purchase ties and mounts at Fry's in different sizes and colors. Home Depot also had a few but they were overpriced and in small selection to sizes and types. I purchase my deck connector's over the internet. and marine goop can be purchased at Home Depot, Lowe's, Dixieline, Ace Hardware, West Marine and almost all kayak and boating stores.

Those zip tie anchors will adhere twice as good if you heat the adhesive a couple seconds with a lighter. Glue will take on a "shiny" appearance.
