You have to put your pictures on a server like photobucket, kodakgallery or the BWE gallery. Next, you have to right click on the picture, go to properties, and then copy the URL. Then click on the insert picture icon when you get to the part of your message where you want the picture to be (the little yellow box with the mountains and sun in it) and it will open a box where you can paste the link to your picture.
