I have! See previous post! 4 ft surf took one right in the face! Kayak ended up behind the wave and I ended up in the white water!
The X is not as manuverable in the big surf, but my buddies Scupper Pro scoots right out. Coming in was a blast! I road the shoulder of a pretty big wave four about 50 yards before I got worked It was fun just messing around.lol |
