Seat Suggestions? Back Problems,help!

Is there anybody who fights low back and leg pain issues that have found a seat that has helped. This would be for a Trident 15. I figure if i can lessen my low back pain I think the pain in my legs will decrease too.

tks

If you buy a similar Apex seat I'm willing to trade mine for a new one with one exception, the new one cannot have the pouch in the back. I don't use the pouch or rod holders so if they work for you and you're willing to trade let me know.

I have this one but the previous years model which does not have the built in foam padding.

I got this. Made a bit of improvement. I think most of all I need to get in better shape and stretch more.

I picked up the GTS Expedition seat earlier this year for myself. I read a bunch of good reviews for it. It is a little pricey, but I decided my back and ass are worth it. I haven't done more than about 8 hours sitting on it, but so far it's a dream!

That looks like a nice seat, and being a Trident 13 owner and dealing with sciatic nerve and lower back problems too it may worth the investment.

And YES, better shape and stretching wouldn't hurt. I haven't found a way to stop getting older yet.
