I agree Spot Shrimp are tasty, but probably not be practical given the depth.
I was thinking about getting a prawn trap and using it to catch shrimp for bait... Sheepshead comes to mind, also Opaleye, etc. Will post my experiences when I finish my research and acquisition stage
