Fish finder mount Extension????

I had to mount my FF behind my scotty rod holder. Really didnt want to but it was the only practical place on my yak. Was wondering if there is any kind of extension than can go into the base that might raise the FF up to be more visible? I have the humminbird piranhamax 170.

I cant seem to find anything anywhere

Scotty and RAM both make fish finder mounts that will raise up the finder to a viewable level.

Ram:

Scotty:

use it with this to position it just about anywhere

I am using the gear head mount for my rod holders, and so far so good. Since I am in a Revo, and there are no really good mounting surfaces close to where my hands rest, I had to put the flush mounts further up toward the front of the yak. The gear head allows me to bring the rods up away from the pedals and back towards me so I don't have to reach so far.
