2 ft of 3 or 4 inch black PVC pipe. One end cap. One twist of cap and some motivational 550 cord. Glue caps on. Drill holes all around it and tie 550 cord to it as a leash.

Could meet you towards end of month. Leaving for east cape right now and when I return I work 4 days.....could meet after that (end of month). Sorry at LAX without my schedule so can't give a specefic date
