Fred Hall day1

Went to the FH show last night with a fellow bad lamb. OEX booth looks great and lots of BWE swag to be had. As I'm sure Adi will point out, you can also sign up for WCW2007 at the OEX booth.

Show was kind of slow but not too slow for a weeknight. Andy gave an excellent and thorough presentation on catching bait (though he didn't mention squid, hmmm...). If there is anything you ever want to know about bait, I highly recommend you catch his presentation tonight or Friday evening. Good to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones. I didn't really get to look around much between all the schmoozing so I'll probably be back to actually look around. Didn't see any super hot deals like last years sealine blowout, but that's not to say they are not there.

Yeah, good times.

Kayak fishing seems to be represented better and better every year.

Those seminars are pretty cool… I would encourage everyone to plan on attending some while you’re there – some good info to pick up.

Yes, you can sign up for WCW on OEX Booth – you even get a BWE swag freebie if I understood correctly (visor or a shirt?) Brent/Brian, please correct me if I’m wrong.

Good seeing everyone.

I enjoyed stopping by the OEX booth for some fun conversation.

Only I ended up spending over two hours there and getting chewed out for being late to the Rod & Reel Club Booth.

Came back later to order a Mini so I can catch a Dorado like Brad and to sign up for this years BWE tournament.

Nice to meet Adi in person and finally understand what BAAA means.

I think Brad and Adi have come a step closer to being on my BASS TEAM

Yep, your choice of visor, beanie or t-shirt with WCW sign up. Come check out the booth and catch a couple seminars, good show this year.

In the picture on the XFactor (Camo) what is that alluminum rack in the rear of the yak? I haven't seen that before and looks similar to what I've been planning for my Xtreme. Is this an available purchase? Custom built?

Unless it had other features that I didn't notice, It was just a rod holder. I assume it's purpose is to get you gear higher off the water, reducing saltwater damages... Just Call OEX.

Yeah, Brian at OEX has too much time on his hands.

It's actually pretty cool. The fish sprayer was catching the attention of every kid that walk by at the show.

It is a Brian’s latest invention – YT shower cabin!

It’s supposed to work like one of those commercial lobster traps – he turns it on, and YT is supposed to jump out of the water right in his kayak to take a shower…

Just run the game clip through...

Not sure if it works though. lol
