Finally 3-17-07 La Jolla

Despite the reports of bad fishing and bad weather I went anyway today. Nice and foggy but the waves and the wind cooperated just fine. The only other action I heard of was a guy whose wsb came unbuttoned at the yak! Just I was about to bring in the bottom rig with the sardine I made earlier I picked up this little butt. 7.5 lbs and 26" not huge but I'll take it for my first legal butt on a yak.

Congrats on the butt. Too bad your sticker fell off and is getting all slimy.

Nice Butt man... I got a call yesterday from my buddy Kyle, he brought a decent WSB up and lost him right at the yak. Caught on Iron.

Did the WSB jump out of the water and eat Kenny first? Bastards!
